What we keep

Your account, your credit balance and billing records: token counts, minutes and characters spoken. The characters you create (name, description, reply length, voice and model), so they're there on any device you sign in on; only you can see them, and deleting one removes it. Never the text of your chats or calls.

What stays on your device

Chats and call transcripts are saved only in your browser. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Who processes your words

The model and voice providers you choose process your text and audio to answer you. Each model shows its provider and links to that provider's data policy.

No human review

No person on our team reads or listens to your conversations.

Legal obligations

We comply with legal reporting duties that apply to internet services, such as Canada's mandatory reporting law.
